1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases and use of digital products offered by Rome-Tourist through DigiStore24 and our website www.rome-tourist.com.

2. Digital Products

Our ebooks and digital downloads are delivered electronically via DigiStore24 after successful payment.
All products are for personal use only and may not be resold, copied, or shared.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR/USD as stated on our sales page. Payments are processed securely through DigiStore24 GmbH.
You will receive a payment confirmation and download link via email after completing your purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Applicability & Return Period
Because our product is a digital download (an e-book), once access/download is granted your right of withdrawal can expire. According to Digistore24 you may set a return period of up to 180 days for digital products (14, 30, 60, 90 or 180 days via Digistore24 GmbH). 
For our product: we accept refund requests within 60 days from the date of purchase.

• Eligibility for Refund
  A refund may be granted if:

  • You purchase the e-book as an individual consumer (not a business).

  • Your request is submitted within the refund period above.

  • The download link has been provided and you confirm deletion of the file(s) after refund (see clause 4).
    A refund will not be granted if the conditions above are not met.

• How to Request a Refund
  To request a refund, please email us at info@rome-tourist.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will process your case through the Digistore24 refund system and aim to refund you within 10 business days, subject to payment method processing times. 

• Obligations after Refund
  If a refund is approved, you must delete any downloaded copies of the e-book and cease any further use. Continued use after refund is not permitted.

• Processing & Payment Method
  Refunds are made via the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The time until the funds reflect may vary by payment method or bank. help.digistore24.com

• Beyond the Refund Period
  If the 60-day period has passed, you may still contact us, and although we are not obligated to issue a refund, we may consider goodwill partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

• Digital Products & Waiver of Withdrawal
  Since access to the e-book is provided immediately at purchase, our contractual obligations are fulfilled upon delivery of the download link. Under German & EU law, you may lose the statutory right of withdrawal once this happens, if you have expressly agreed to begin performance immediately. By purchasing you agree to the immediate provision of the digital product and accept that your withdrawal period may expire once download access is granted.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content — including text, images, and graphics — is protected by copyright.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information in our products. However, Rome-tourist.com is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our materials.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
