However, the months of April (especially around Easter, when the city of Rome attracts lots of pilgrims from all parts of the world), May, September, and October are also high season.
Rome’s cafés, palazzi and museums are much more visited now. The long summer nights of the Romans have thair own charm.
You can enjoy the beautiful nightlife with a glass of red wine and homemade pasta and end your day in a relaxed manner. Many Rome residends also enjoy their vacation in August. Some shops and restaurants therefore remain closed!
